Discount policy

I occasionally offer seasonal promotions, special campaigns, and limited-time discounts as a thank you for your support. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for everyone, please review our discount terms below.

Discount Application

• Discounts are valid only during the stated promotion period.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Important Notice

Discount codes cannot be combined with already reduced (crossed-out) prices.
If a product is already discounted and shows a reduced price, additional discount codes will not apply.

The system automatically applies the most favorable available discount.

Discounted Items

• Products purchased at a discount or during a promotional period are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Gift cards are excluded from all discounts.

Order Changes During Promotions

During promotional periods, we may experience increased order volume. Therefore:

• Orders cannot be combined.

• Shipping methods cannot be changed after the order is placed.

• Items cannot be added to or removed from an existing order.

Shipping During Sale Periods

Order processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods.

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not affect internal processing time.

Free shipping may not be available during sale periods unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
