I am Ilze Ērgle-Vanaga — an artist who combines painting with scented candle making to create harmony and coziness in everyday life.
My paintings, especially the peony motifs, are inspired by the softness and beauty of nature. This inspiration also comes to life in my handmade scented soy candles, which are decorated with delicate wax flowers, giving them not only a unique aesthetic, but also a warmth and gentle scent that delights the heart and creates a cozy, peaceful atmosphere.
In addition, I also offer home fragrances with sticks, interior decor and elegant gift sets that combine art and functionality. All products are created with love and care to please both the eyes and give joy and warmth.
In 2021, my work The solo exhibition at the Valmiera Museum was a big and significant event as well as an important recognition in my life as an artist. My works have found homes with art lovers all over the world, where they bring joy and beauty.
